Non-availability of old question papers in logins of students/ parents

From the students login: Students may be advised to use the Question paper tab
(Screen 1) on the left side menus, and select only the Session from the pull-down tabs
(Screen 2)and leave all other tabs and hit the show question paper list button. The list of
all the papers uploaded for the year would appear.

From the Parents login: Parents may be advised to tap on the name of the
student(Screen 3) and three new tabs viz. Progress Report, Health Record and Question
paper would appear for the child (Screen 4). Select the Question paper tab on the left
side menus(Screen 1), and select only the Session from the pull-down tabs and leave all
other tabs and hit the show question paper list button(Screen 2). The list of all the
papers uploaded for the year would appear.
