Abstract
The analysis in this study focuses on the Issues faced by people while the
come for treatment in hospitals, especially government hospitals and how
technology and design can improve the hospital administration and
people can save their time and effort and can get best service out of
hospital. Also how can people save their money by having a little
awareness. This report is based on the tour of few government hospitals in
my locality.

1. Basic issues where people face inconvenience in hospitals:Hospitals are the fundamental requirement in the society .As in
todays era due to population explosion and poverty in India
number of patience in hospitals has increased drastically .Due to
very high ratio of number of patience per doctors, people are
facing lots of problems here are the few basic problems.
Long queue in front of doctors door is general which we one see
in hospitals.
People are standing in queue for hours holding their
appointment letters in their hands many of them cant even
stand as they are patient. Still they have to stay in queue.

Cleaning in hospitals is very poor. In spite of having a huge

campus cleaning staff is provided with conventional cleaning
equipment. With modern equipment cleaning standard can be
raised up to very good level. Its well-known fact that patient
recovers faster in good clean environment.
For orphans there is no management to take care. When I
visited the hospital their I met with 80+ year old lady she had
some problem in her eys but there were no body to take care of
her . I took her to the doctor and diagnosed her to doctor .when
I told doctor to admit her then he replied that there should be
someone to look after her we cant take care of such patients .I

felt very disappointed as such old age people they had to live
such life.
