Argo Real Estate Opportunities Fund (AREOF) is a closed-end
fund that invests primarily in the commercial property markets
of SEE and CE. AREOF was floated on the London Stock
Exchange Alternative Investment Market (AIM) with 100 million
Euro in August 2006.

ERA SHOPPING PARK in insolventa, in Insolvency, en
development collective procedure first phase the
largest retail park Oradea opened in 2009, totals
approximately 64.000 sqm gross leasable area. Phase
2 opened in Q2 2012, with Phase 3 scheduled for
2013. The project serves a population of 210.000
inhabitants, with a regional catchment area of circa
600.000 inhabitants.
Excellent accessibility and visibility of the centre due to
its location at junction of the city's ring road with the road
connecting the city with Arad. The site has 430 m of
direct frontage both to Calea Aradului ring road, allowing

CUSTOMER PROFILE
According to the 2013 survey implemented by DTZ, the
ERA customers are predominantly young families with
children, with above medium incomes. They live in the
neighborhoods close to ERA and come to shopping by car.
