ADDENDUM /BID BULLETIN NO. 15-014
This Addendum/Bid Bulletin No.15- 014 is issued to modify or amend items in the
invitation/call for Expressions of Interest (EOI) for Construction Management Services for the
Construction of the UPOU International Convention Center published in the Philippine Daily
Inquirer (PDI) and posted in the Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System
(PhilGEPS) on 12 September 2015 as follows:
The submission of Expressions of Interest (EOI), opening of eligibility documents,
shortlisting, and issuance of bid documents to shortlisted eligible consultants for this project,
which are scheduled on 22 September 2015, are postponed until further notice.
