consent letter to the institution well before due date or give standing instructions.

Note: Stamp Duty, Registration charges are to be borne by applicant on actual basis. In the case of levy of
any development charges/Service Tax/VAT/other levies, taxes & duties in future by the Statutory
Authorities, the same shall be borne by the Applicant.

Modification in Apartment: Post possession the customer is free to modify the internal specifications as per
their requirements as long as there is no effect of the same on other occupants of the development.
However, structural changes or external changes to the apartment will not be permitted.
