1. Assists the Legal Officer in the preparation of all contracts

and memoranda.

2. Assists the Legal Officer in the preparation of all

and decisions requiring legal action.
3. Assists the Legal Officer in the conduct of fact-finding,
preliminary or formal investigations and acts as
assistant hearing officer for the Division of City Schools.

4. Assists the Legal Officer in the latter's function as Special

Prosecutor for the DepEd National Capital Region.

5. Assists the Legal Officer in the latters to a case in his

official capacity.

6. Attends meetings, trainings, conventions, seminars, and

conferences that may be assigned by the Legal Officer.

7. Provides legal advice to teachers as may be authorized by

the Legal Officer.

8. Exercises other such official functions that may be

assigned/delegated by the Legal Officer.
