How to Make Windows 7 Faster:

Step 1- go to the start menu located at the bottom left of your screen

Step 2- click the control panel button on the left hand menu of the start menu, it
will take you to a screen like this

Step 3- search in the top right hand search bar for troubleshooting and it will
bring up a screen like this

Step 4- Click on troubleshooting and it will bring you to a screen like this

Step 5- click on the last option System and Security

Step 6- then click on the option Performance and it will bring up a pop-up
window like this

Step 7- click the next button and allow it to run, it will look for issues on your
computer and attempt to fix them
