QUALITY NEEDED TO BE A GOOD LEADER

Integrity is a necessary quality of a good leader (No one wants to follow a

leader who cannot be trusted). The future of a nation must be in the good hands
of a profound leader who will allow progress to be part and parcel of everyday
life.

A good leader needs dynamism as it will portray a good example for the
people to emulate. He or she must be the spurring force for the nation to reach
greater heights in life. A dynamic leader will leave no stones unturned in his/her
quest for perfection. Mr. Lee Kuan Yes used his dynamism to change the dirty and
sleepy image of Singapore into a clean country with vibrant economy. Tun
Mahathir brought modernization and a diversified economy into Malaysia, which
only depended on rubber, tin ore, palm oil and pepper.

A good leader must be well-versed in administrative, managerial,

educational and scientific aspects. As a result, this leader will be able to have
transparency in his/her duties. A good leader must be well-read in order to help a
nation overcome pitfall in life.

Basically, a great leader must have a sound knowledge of economies,

finance and business. This would help his/her country to proper in all ways so
that the people will have a better lifestyle without poverty, famine, hardship and
unemployment.

A good leader is one whose does not take the primrose path of dalliance.
Well-educated and with a high moral value, the said leader will be a role model
for others in the country. Caesar wife should be above suspicion. Therefore, a
good leader should be above all kinds of suspicion.

A corrupt-free leader will be needed in any organization, companies,

conglomerates and country. This will ensure the bright future of others.
Substandard buildings, products or items will be unknown when everyone has a
corrupt free leader. The term leadership by example is used only when leaders
show on excellent for the people to follow.

Finally, a good leader must not be prejudiced and should not be a racist.
He/she should not practice cronyism and be biased towards his own community.

He or she must be a fair person who is capable of eradicating the sufferings of

his/her people.
