Dear Sir,
I Chander Rameshlal Dingria having Membership No.133200; hereby state that Mr.
Raja Lalchand Jethani having registration number WRO0398031 is registered as an
article assistant under me from 25 th June,2014 for completion of article ship till 25 th
Sep,2015 (i.e. for 1 year and 3 months).
Due to better job opportunity I am surrendering from practice and thereby my COP
(Certificate of Practice) from 10th June, 2015. Therefore I my allowing Mr. Raja
Lalchand Jethani to take transfer from 10 th June, 2015 and continue their balance
article ship period at some other place.
