TOPIC: Terrorists in Israel & the rest of the world

United Nations Economic and Social Council,

Fully aware that the terrorists bring chaos to the countries,
Keeping in mind that other countries have the same problem,
Having heard of the terrorists taking over an area,
Realizing that if we attack we can make a mistake between citizens and
terrorists,
Seeking a way to find a solution to this problem,
Fully believing that all countries could work together to prevent more destruction.
1. Considers that we all work together;
2. Strongly condemns that we do nothing and just wait for terror to strike again;
3. Requests troops to be able to create a special military unit;
4. Further reminds that we would need weapons and money;
5. Further invited all countries who has terrorists issues.
