Please accept this letter as my formal explanation and apology for
what happened on the Beyond office hours transaction issue last Friday, February 15, 2013 around 4:30 PM on your bank. It was not my intention to cause any damage or inconvenience on your company. In retrospect, I believe the situation resulted from my request through a call to Ms. Salvacion M. Dumaua, my trusted bank personnel who consistently and politely assist me on my transactions, to accommodate my deposit during that time through a representative. I was not fully aware that your banking hour is only until 4:00PM not until Salvy told me. I thought it was until 4:30PM just like the other banks. Salvy told me that she can no longer do any transaction as of that moment and told me to call the banks landline and talk to the supervisor. Unfortunately, my request was declined. Salvy sent me a message making an apology. However, I made another call on her and insist if maybe she could make any other way about it. Im sorry for my behavior of insisting, its just that there will be no banking the next day and I cannot delay my business transaction over the weekend. Then, Salvy offered an option of using her own fund to be transferred on my husbands account (Mr. Aldrin Angeles), so kind of Salvy risking her own money. Since I got no choice, I committed on that option though it was awkward. I requested an amount of P10,000 but Salvy said that theres only P5,000 available on her fund, and she transferred it anyway and it solves the problem. I said my sister is almost getting in there to replace her money as cash. Then on about past 5 oclock in the afternoon, my sister finally arrived and gave Salvy the P5,000 cash. As your client, Im very grateful of putting my account on your bank, your staff are very warm and accommodating. Honestly, I am very thankful of Salvy for giving me her trust and helping me up to this extent. However, it pains me to learn that it caused inconvenience to Salvy and your company. I have no personal business with Salvy or any hidden agenda regarding money
matters. While this is by no means an excuse for what happened, knowing
the cause will help me guard against future mistakes. Again, in behalf of my husband, I am sorry for what happened. If you would like to continue this conversation, please feel free to call me at 09284875333. I look forward to hearing from you and putting this matter behind us. Sincerely, Rhea Quintos
