    Test Taking Strategies

    I. DO NOT CRAM!!! Study Consistently


    before the week before the test.
    II.Breathe and Relax- Stress inhibits
    thinking!
    I. Breathe in for 4 seconds
    II. Hold breath for 7 seconds
    III.Breathe out for 8 seconds

    III.Eat a good, high Protein, low sugar


    Breakfast.
    IV.Pee Before the Test!
    V. Bring water to drink and a hard candy to
    suck on.
