    AGREEMENT (D) BETWEEN SAED ABU HMUD AND JOSEPHA IVANKA WESSELS (parties) DATE: 14 FEBRUARY 2011 Concerning: Footage filmed berween 16/06/2009 and 22/09/2008 for development /production ofthe projet Share The Drop (working tle). 20 Tapes We agree thatthe use of the footage (tapes and digitized material) mentioned above will be done in agreement between both partes. If any party wants to make use of the footage he/she should inform the other party o mutually agree on its use and its revenue. This includes any use of edited material from the footage (trailer/teaser). None ofthe two parties have the right to use the footage without the knowledge of the other party and his \ her agreement. If any of the parties does not adhere to the above mentioned agreement, he/she will legally fable, [No third party outside these two partes has the right to make use ofthese tapes.
