JOINT AFFIDAVIT
We, Mary Jay Ann Sapitula and Mara Angelie Sapitula , both of legal age, Filipinos, and with
postal address at _______________________________, after having been duly sworn to in
accordance with law, depose and state:
1. We are the daughters of Spouses Ralph and Karen Sapitula;
2. That we have no knowledge of the execution of the Deed of Absolute Sale dated November 23,
2013 allegedly executed by our parents in favor of James Reyes, Clark Reyes, Nadine Reyes, and Liza
Reyes.
3. That based on our personal knowledge and belief, our parents did not and will never execute any
Deed of Absolute Sale pertaining to the properties covered by TCT Nos.

of the Registry of Deeds for Paraaque City.

4. That the signatures of the witnesses appearing in the instrument Deed of Absolute Sale are
certainly not out signatures as we really did not sign said instrument nor have knowledge of its
execution and never became instrumental witnesses to the same.
5. We are executing this joint affidavit for the purpose of attesting to the truth of all the foregoing
circumstances and for purposes of denying herein that we signed our signatures as witnesses in the
Deed of Absolute Sale dated November 23, 2013.
6. That we are executing this Affidavit to attest to the foregoing facts and to deny absolutely and
entirely any involvement in the case/s aforementioned and for all legal intents and purposes.
