Place of work: Novi Sad

Principal Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

Responsibility for efciency and business result of the shop

Achieving planned sales targets
Communication with potential and existing customers focused on presentation and sales of products and services
Successfully resolving customer issues
Daily, monthly and annual reporting on target achievement and relevant issues to superiors
Planning and ordering materials stock
Responsible for management and development of employees
Be responsible for team spirit and team motivation
Trace team members career path and improve their knowledge and skills

Requirements:
In-depth knowledge of all products and services and sets up shop operation according to company standard
Excellent MS Ofce skills
Fluent in English; written and spoken
