As you are aware, we, the Board of Saint Charbel Homeowners Association represent
the said community as a whole, and it is with great respect to inform you that you may
had been overlooked or sort of forgot your responsibilities of paying the construction fee
and construction violation amounting to Php70,000.00 for the said construction of
house(s) inside the village.
We wish to inform you that the said amount is already due and you may pay it through
the treasurer or any of the members of the Board.
