RE: WARNING LETTER OF POOR HARVESTING STANDARD IN FIELD
OP95C
Refer to the above matter, I very disappointed with your harvesting standard
at field OP95C under your contract gang. This issues is very serious issues
because involve the company policy standard.
This field already give to you under contract to harvest and maintain the
harvesting standard. Starting harvest you have enough workers to cover 95C
area for harvesting and until last week I get information from my supervisor
your people now left only 1 worker still harvest this field.
Yesterday on 25th august 2015, we visited by PSQM department for do
checking on harvesting standard and crop losses assessment. During this
checking, the assessors found non- conformance or bad result under your
contract area harvest. The non-conformance as at below:
1. Unharvested bunches
- 58.38 % bunches
2. UCLF - platform
- 417.34 % loosefruit
3. Uncollected Loosefruit - 430.53 % loosefruit
This result will be affected our company image and performance. I should
take a drastic action to this issue and make sure you must clear back this
area from rotten bunches and uncollected loose fruit.
I am very sorry to say and already decided to taking out your harvesting
contract gang from harvest field OP95C. Your cooperation is highly
appreciated.
