Dear parents,
The fifth graders took the STAR reading
test on Tuesday. In the blue folder this coming,
you will find the new reading levels and AR
goals.

Tuesday: States & Capital Level 2

A student mentioned to me yesterday

that she couldnt go on PlanbookConnect. I
checked and it seems that the Search button
is not working. If it doesnt get fixed, I will figure
out another way to make the lesson plans
accessible.

We wont have a reading test this week, but

all the students will be required to take at
least one AR quiz.

Your child has probably mentioned the

new seating arrangement. I really want to
promote cooperation in this class, and I have to
say that the students are responding very well.
They will also be working with their 1st grade
buddies in a regular basis.
We are going to continue working on long
multiplication and long division, so please
practice, practice, practice those basic facts.
