    Synopsis: As you can see the chart above since the year of 2013 are flu outbreaks
    have been declining. However when seeing how the flow is in this chart it would
    seem that at some point the flu rates will rise again. With most of the people in
    elderly communitys being most affected. With this being a worse strain of the flu
    yet we could also be seeing that as a reason for a higher number in flu outbreaks.
