Dear Parent(s)/

Guardian(s):
Our next math unit
will be over multiplication.
I would really appreciate it
if you would be willing to
help your child master this
skill at home as well. If
you need flash cards I can
have your child make their
own, just let me know. It
is a benchmark in the third
grade that each child
knows their multiplication
facts 0 to 12.
I first will be
teaching your child that
you can multiply by
repeated addition and by
drawing an array. Then
we will work on
memorization. If there are
any fun games or ideas
you would like to share
with your child or the class
please feel free! Thank
you so much for all of your
participation in your
childs education.
Mrs. Young
