Mr. Gaurav Kataria has done his masters from the University of Reading. He
is a co-founder of Urban Life Ventures which is a real estate construction
company focuses on Residential and Commercial projects in Pune. Gaurav
Kataria as a partner of ULV is pioneering new trends in construction by using
the most up-to-date technology for optimum quality and time bound delivery.
His keen business acumen and insightful working style has greatly helped
the entire spectrum, management to staff, excel in their managerial and day
to day execution skills. ULV is developing projects at landmark locations in
Baner, Wakad & Sus (Nande) and Shahu College Road.
Urban Life Ventures has also successfully been in the restaurant/hospitality
business since the past 5 years. Currently operating award winning brands
like Malaka spice in Baner, TVUM which is an upcoming restaurant in
association with Malaka Spice. And the introduction of Farzi Caf in Pune,
which is an award winning restaurant brand from Delhi. Moving forward in
the space of restaurants and hospitality ULV plans to set up many more
reputed franchisees in the recent future in various parts of Pune, Mumbai,
Banglore, Nagpur and Indore.
