About the study:

The Speech Perception Assessment


Laboratory at the Memphis Speech
and Hearing Center and the Institute
for Intelligent Systems at the University
of Memphis is conducting a study
designed to develop and improve
smart biomedical devices and humanmachine interaction.

To participate in the study you


should meet the following
criteria:
Age: 8-80 years old
Hearing Loss:
At least a severe sensorineural hearing
loss in both ears with a minimum
three-frequency pure tone average of
70 dB HL.
