    With reference to your letter dated 31/10/15 vide Maint/10715(3) SR. I
    wish to inform you to that I am a Licensed stall holder No
    795301414 ( Old Lic No 4437 and Gumusta Lic No HE002257; and
    Health Lic No 761401277. & FSSAI No 21513010001168
    I wish to state that I am a legal stall holder since 1973 that I am doing
    pan beedi business at the same and paying regular fees to the
    department.
    I am willing to cooperate with your departments maintenance work
    and please find my shop related document attached herewith for your
    read reference.
    Also I request your department not to include me under as any illegal
    structure and exempt me from any unnecessary hurdles as I am legal
    occupant of the same.
