: Curtea Suprem de Justiie a Serbiei a anulat decizia Ministerului Cultelor, prin care a respins nscrierea Protopopiatului Ortodox Romn al Daciei Ripensis din Malainia, Timoc, n Registrul Bisericilor i Comunitilor religioase din Serbia, a
declarat, pentru TimocPress, printele romn protoereu Boian Alexandrovici, din satul Malainia, Timoc, Serbia. Preotul a subliniat c hotrrea autoritilor de la Belgrad de a nu accepta
recunoaterea protopopiatului aflat n jurisdicia Episcopiei Dacia Felix din Vre, pentru
care s-au nceput demersurile n 27 ianuarie 2009, constituie un atentat la identitatea spiritual
a celor peste 300.000 de romni care triesc n cele 154 de sate romneti i alte 48 localiti
cu populaie mixt. Nerecunoaterea s-a datorat fricii autoritilor religioase timocene de a nu
provoca un conflict ntre Biserica Ortodox Romn (BOR) i Biserica Ortodox Srb
(BOS).

Romanian geopolitical pretensions
Summary: On the basis of archives of the Ministry of Religion of the Republic of Serbia, public documents of European institutions, collections of archival sources, literature and press, this paper shows noncanonical acting of the Romanian
Orthodox Church (2001-2014) as an explicit indicator of Romanian geopolitical
pretensions in northeastern Serbia and local Vlach population that overwhelmingly
consideres itself part of the Serbian nation.
