In Adidas, we learnt that their strategy is split into 4 categories namely People, Product, Planet

and Partnership. They strike to integrate sustainability into their business from product design,
manufacturing to sale of goods. With its continued innovation and the use of environmental
friendly materials, it increase production efficiency and lead to new ways of doing things. To
protect the environment, Adidas focus on reducing environmental footprint by monitoring and
providing training programs for suppliers. Lastly, Adidas collaborate with others through
partnership with the Sustainable Apparel Coalition to work towards sustainability.
As for Nike, their focus is on Explore, Innovate, Scale and Collaborate. Nike integrate
sustainability across their business from design, production to retail through leveraging on their
power of brand to instill positive change across their supply chain. Nike collaborate with several
parties such as LAUNCH partnership to work in discovering innovations in sustainable
materials.
