Instructional Memorandum

Following recent events, the board has determined that new


procedures will be put in place regarding an emergency or a disruptive
passenger on board any of our aircrafts. These procedures will consist
of the tasks that each of our staff are expected to follow if any of these
mishaps are to occur. The list if the procedures are as follows:
Disruptive Passenger:
1. Remain calm with the guest. The only way calming the
passenger down is to be calm yourself any other attitude will
cause more harm then good.
2. Politely ask the passenger to stop being disruptive and ask if
there is anything you can do to make their flight more enjoyable.
This will serve as there first warning.
3. If this disruptive behavior still occurs you may alert the Air
Marshall and the Marshall will take any actions he deems
necessary. Also, ensure that no further disruptions among other
passengers occur as a result of the passengers behavior.

Emergency:
1. In the result of an emergency, remain calm. The only way
calming the passengers down is to be calm yourself, any other
attitude will cause more harm then good.
2. Instruct the passengers on the proper use of the oxygen masks
the will drop from the ceiling of the plane. (Use should also be
explained before takeoff).

3. If evacuation of the airplane is an option, calmly instruct the


passengers to through the aisles to the nearest emergency exits
marked by:

In conclusion, all procedures listed should be followed to the letter any
variations of the procedures are not acceptable. These procedures are
designed to make our flights safer for our passengers and crew. If you
