4. A capacitive transducer uses two quartz diaphragms of area 675mm2 , separated by a distance of
3.8mm. A pressure of 850kN/m2 when applied to the top of the diaphragm produces a deflection of
0.55mm. The capacitance is 330pF when no pressure is applied to the diaphragms. Determine the value
of capacitance after the application of a pressure of 850kN/ m2
