Call to Order: A regular meeting of the Board of Directors, Sutherland Springs Condominium Association,
was held in Barnards condominium on June 24, 2013. The meeting convened at 6:30 pm, President
Steve Barnard presiding; Julie Sweers, Secretary. !

Maintenance committee will investigate costs of gutter guards and costs of !

professional cleaning. Barnard will respond.!

C. Two residents need replacement of patio door glass. Association will respond as it !

has with similar issues.!

D. Replacement of trees in front of units: Two residents made requests, and the DOM !
!
!
asked the board for the extent of his authority in these matters.!

E. Question about light meter replacement and its effect on current flow to lights in the !
!
!
units.!

Barnard appointed Jenkins and Bava to make a list of all information that needs to be !

distributed to new board members.!
!

Barnard asked a notice to be placed for residents living on the pond who are willing to !
!
!
serve on a pond committee to contact him. Responsibilities include assessing ! !
!
issues related to the pond including its viability, fish population, and possibly !
!
!
having the pond scoped out to determine these matters. !
!
!
Prior to setting a date for a Fish the Pond Day, the president, secretary and a member !
!
!
of the social committee will meet to discuss this matter.!
