Call to Order: A regular meeting of the Board of Directors, Sutherland Springs Condominium Association,
was held in Barnards condominium on August 26, 2013. The meeting convened at 6:30 pm., President
Steve Barnard presiding; Julie Sweers, Secretary.

Approval of Agenda: The agenda for the meeting was approved.

B. Planting trees in front of a unit

Motion: Moved by Thurkettle and seconded to allow the Associations

maintenance crew to plant replacement trees on common areas.

C. Request to plant trees

Motion: Moved by Wabeke and seconded that the residents of 6729 Munstead

Woods be allowed to plant up to three maple trees in the area between their

!
!
condo and the garage at their own expense. The resident will consult with the

!
!
Director of Maintenance who will determine the trees placement. The DOM also
!
!
!
will decide whether or not a tree spade may be used on the new asphalt.

Motion: Moved by Wabeke and seconded to allow satellite TV systems at

Sutherland Springs Condominium Association with the placement of the dish

installed according to the specifications established by the SSCA board.

Sign committee: Proposal of entry signs for Sutherland Springs

Motion: Moved by Sweers and seconded that the board approve of the

proposed entry signs by Signmakers Limited exactly as described.

B. Driveway concrete repair RFP

Motion: Moved by Thurkettle and seconded that the association use Harding

Enterprises to install asphalt based sealer on all driveways within the complex.
!
Motion tabled until the September board meeting.
C. Driveway concrete repair RFP:

Motion: Moved by Wabeke and seconded to move ahead with the concrete
!
lifting and concrete repairs as quoted by Concrete Lifters.

Announcements: For those who have requested or are in need of exterior painting, the crew

will begin to work on that project around the first of September, weather permitting.
