We are a group of graduating seniors in Dr. Jinx Broussards public relations

campaign class who are working with Volunteers in Public Schools to enhance
public education in East Baton Parish.
As you may know, VIPS is a local nonprofit that partners volunteers with Baton
Rouge public schools to tutor students in grades K-3rd in reading and math.
As the associate director of the College of Education as well as the director of
the Black Faculty Caucus, Dr. Broussard recommended that we reach out to you
to explore the possibility of a partnership. We believe that we can work together
to positively impact the education system in East Baton Rouge.
We understand that your schedule is busy but we would like to meet with you at
your earliest convenience to discuss cooperation between the College of
Education, the Black Faculty Caucus, and VIPS. When would be a good time for
