    I do hereby apply to rent a property located at number 172 breeze roads in Waterford. The
    property is a two roomed building with toilet and bath room. It is situated behind a post office
    building which was also used as clinic and police camp.
    The property was used as a barber shop; however it is lying idle for a period more than two
    years. Upon winning the lease, I plan to refurbish the building and open a saloon, which also
    offer barber shop services.
