REF: APPROVAL LETTER REF NO, TTA/KK357/24;

We received your letter through our local agent expressing concern about
contentions arising on the approval letter Ref, no. TTA/KK357/54 addressed to
MUGAHE HOLDINGS LIMIED Dated 15th April 2024.The matter at hand was as follows
1. Tenure period to 2 years.
2. Moratorium 4 months.
3. Interest 3.0% Per annum
4. Instalment payment be quarterly
5. And issuance of BPU as a guarantee for your security.
I am disseminating to forewarn you that at my capacity of jurisdiction of powers
can only award solution to number (4) of which payment be quarterly. This is
something we issue to most of our applicants. We as Rio Tinto financing Plc we
have no objection to that.
For the rest, that is 1,2,3 and 5. The board will sit on 22nd April 2024 1400hrs
and come up with a concrete solution on the same since decision-making lays on
the board members. I have officially pursued this matter to them. I will
communicate the sooner I get feedback.
