Working as a mechanical fitter on various systems onboard HMS Talent, HMS Triumph
and HMS Victorious within Devonport Royal Dockyard in Plymouth. Gained experience
within the reactor compartment onboard 'T' class and 'V' class submarines.

 Completed Liquid Penetrant Inspection PCN level 2 course with Lavender

International
 Completed basic acquaint training course for Nuclear submarines (Reactor
Fitters)
 Completed radiation workers training as well as being familiar with EPD self
issue, various respiratory protection equipment, Nuclear Standards Branch and
Health Physics.
 Familiar with many different systems within the reactor compartment having
gained five years experience of refitting many different submarines.
 Familiar with Nuclear Procedures, technical drawings, radiological permits to
work and Risk assessments
 Trained on various specialist machinery such as Wills Ring groove machine, hi-
torque and fuji/protem prepping machinery.
