The function of this

Actuator Counter Spring is
to preload the Inner
Gimbal Frame against the
Actuator. In a situation
where this spring is not
making contact with the
Inner Gimbal Frame, we
might see the oscillations
that were reported in the
troublelog on04/21/04.
