I went with a simplistic approach with this logo. I decided on

Cambria and Arial for my font choice to be easy on the eye. I
bolded the two most important words in the logo, as well as added a color contrast to make them stand apart. This adds appeal as
well as adds emphasis.
This logo represents my first and last initials in a script font. I
picked this font because it adds elegance to the logo, yet is easy
to read and understand. I chose the lavendar for the background
to add to the elegance factor, and added a black border to tie in
the letters with the logo as a whole.

I used Britannic as the primary font for my name in this logo,

because it is bold, clear and easy to read. To add to the elegance
factor of the logo, I included the lavender script font below.
There are three points of contrast in this photo between the
colors of my name, visual journalist and the background of the
logo. This contrast adds visual appeal as well as it allows it to
stand out.
This is the logo I feel best fits my desired design. It is bold, yet
elegant, and it makes a statement. However, it has a simplistic
aspect to it as well, which I believe to fit my style well.

This logo was the most unique design. I incorporated a script

font with Britannic. I chose this technique because of the contrast, yet also as a way to make the whole logo flow together. I
made the V and the J the same color (lavender), in order
to stress the Visual Journalist factor of the logo. I made the J
and the F the same font in order to boldly present my name
throughout the logo. This logo is both bold and elegant.

This is the most simplistic logo I have created. I removed the lavender from this logo, in case I wanted a lavender background on
my webspage. This logo is Calibri font, which is recognized by
most viewers. I bolded my name to make it apparent of whose
website one has entered.
