I found this an interesting piece of the authors narrative because she
may have been taking some liberties and added an assumed thought that
the participant may have been having to the study. This demonstrates the
authors evaluatory process as her interpretation of the events is
accounted for.

Sections such as this demonstrate the authors methodology as a
narrative. It also maintains the authors desire to ensure the participants
intended meaning is conveyed.

These words show that the researcher compiled questions before
interviewing the participant for the narrative. These questions were used
as a guide to ensure that the researcher was compiling data that was
relevant to the predetermined topic.
