Promoted to run the daily operations of Rock creek pool,
including delegating tasks to employees, communicating
properly with the management staff, and being responsible for
anything that happened on pool property

Led several groups of incoming freshmen to further their
understanding of campus life, expand their knowledge of
leadership studies, and was there as a resource for personal

customers (both upset and happy), and how to do the job the
correct and effective way
Worked at three total pools in two different states (Michigan and
Virginia) and eventually got certified and promoted to pool
operator the summer of 2014
