Physical audit on the borders sites that are including
both GSM and Transmission sites

The purpose of the audit is to assure regular physical

inspection and count of any installed equipment in
these sites to ensure having consistent database of
installed equipment.

The selected border sites are scheduled for auditing.

Antenna support audit and type.
Micro wave detailed audit (No of links/ Type/ Used
frequencies & channels/ polarization/ Direction/ photos/
Vendor).

 Power cabinet audit (Vendor/ Type/ Power rating/

Number of batteries/ Number of modules/ Cell amper
hour/ Number of racks/ Nominal voltage/ Photos).
Panoramic view from antenna level.
Panoramic view inside shelter.
Outside shelter photos.
All antennas and micro wave links azimuth photos.
Reporting and detailed photos for any (weird
devices/links/ cables/ damages).
Detailed layout drawings for the shelter (Inside and
outside).

Reporting of all observed comments.

Penalties:
(Yellow Card) 10% of total PO amount deductions in
case of 2 mismatches.
(Red Card) 20% deductions in case of 4 mismatches.

(Black Card) 30% deduction in case of 6 mismatches
