We are seeking well motivated, organised,
qualified and cooperative managers that will
manage a range of football teams in the
Penrith district area under the 'Kickers' club.
Kickers is a club established in 2008 by Club President Philip
Green. The club has sinc stood by a Moto of team cooperation
and having fun. Our various all age football divisions have
repeatedly represented Kickers at a range of intermediate and
professional events in the NSW Penrith District and have also had
state representatives. With the right management and
leadership now, the new generation of Kickers league football
stars will accomplish their goals, in a safe and fun environment.
We hope to gain your support and see you on the field!

Management responsibilities include :

- selecting the team of players for a match, and their
formation on the field
- planning strategical approaches to the game - along
with the coach
- marketing the club, and enables sponsorships
- is the face for all media ties related to the specific
team or age group.

- Delegating duties for head coach and assistant coach

Experience requirements for the job

- at least 2 seasons work as a coach or manager of any
which sport ( preferably football )
- A cooperative and patient person with willpower and
encouragement towards players
- The ability to attend weekly meetings, scheduled
weekend games, and to meet deadlines for specific
team related work.
- You are comfortable, willing, and cooperatively able to
work with children from as young as 5
A minimum level one qualification is required to obtain
this job Level One
Level Two Certificate in Coaching Football
Level Three UEFA B Licence
Level Four UEFA A Licence
Level Five UEFA Pro License
