Example:
slab depth d = 300 mm

The same type of main and cross beams simplies material requirements
and planning.
Large numbers of props and individual components as well as heavy formwork result in slow shuttering times.

The most cost-effective solution in

terms of material.
With the clawhead 24, the GT 24
girder can be supported at any point
as well as transferring the maximum
load of 28 kN.
Fewer props, fewer components,
faster shuttering times.

The same type of main and cross

beams simplies material requirements and planning.
The GT 24 main and cross beams
have an extremely long service life
which represents a long-term investment.
Fewer components for even faster
shuttering operations.

PERI MULTIFLEX
The exible and adaptable
girder slab formwork

PERI MULTIFLEX, the universal girder

slab formwork system for any ground
plan and any oor height.

PERI MULTIFLEX with

GT 24 main girders and
VT 20 cross beams in a
ofce building.

The GT 24 lattice girder or the VT 20

solid formwork girder can be used.
With PERI MULTIFLEX you always
shutter cost-effectively and efciently.
Using the universal, rigid and long-lasting
GT 24 lattice girder allows large spacings
for main, secondary girders and supports. The GT 24 reduces the number of
components to be erected and struck.
The VT 20 girder with its high-grade
web board is the cost-effective solution
for thinner slabs.
GT 24 or VT 20 girders
are used individually or
in combination
depending on the
requirements.

The ST 100 stacking tower

is the efcient falsework for
civil engineering projects.

MULTIFLEX on ST 100 stacking

towers.
The ideal combination for thick slabs
and larger heights. The GT 24 is used
as a twin main girder to utilise the
strength of the ST 100 stacking tower
more efciently.

Supporting MULTIFLEX can be in the

form of individual props or falsework
systems.
Through the high load-bearing capacity
of the GT 24, the number of slab props
is reduced considerably which makes
the system more cost-effective.
Particularly in combination with the
fast, lightweight aluminium MULTIPROP
post shores.

MULTIPROP MP 350 with GT 24

as main and cross beams with
MULTIFLEX slab formwork.

The ST 100 forkhead spindle

securely holds two GT 24 so
they cannot tilt.

PERI MULTIFLEX slide

rules simplify the
planning process.

PERI MULTIFLEX
For any layout and any height

MULTIFLEX being used with GT 24 for a 11.60 m

diameter circular tank with tapered slab.

MULTIFLEX can be easily adapted by changing

the direction of the main girders and telescoping the secondary girders.

For substantial clear heights the ST 100 is the

ideal support for MULTIFLEX, as it is easily
erected and offers a high degree of safety.

Construction of an underground car park with

twin GT 24 main beams. MULTIPROPs are
capable of transferring the high loads. The result
is fast shuttering thanks to the small number of
components.

When the striking

cannot keep up with
the shuttering cycles.

The ST 100 stacking tower can

be preassembled lying at on
the slab.

A cost-effective solution: Bridge formwork with GT 24 girders.

VT 20 the inexpensive solid formwork girder

The PERI VT 20K is the 200 mm solid

web girder complete with optimal
protection at the girder ends.
The robust steel cap which surrounds
the end of the girder, as well as the
concave web end, reliably prevent damage to the girder ends in demanding
and tough conditions on the construction site. Here, the natural elasticity of
the timber is used to absorb the impact
energy if the girder falls to the ground.

* Take prop load into consideration!
In those cases where the formwork is not dismantled, concreting of a slab above this could lead to overloading the
props.

Remove the crosshead props and store them in pallets.

For horizontal transport, the heads stay attached to the

props!

Before the rst and each further use, spray the plywood
formlining edges with, e.g. PERI Bio Clean.
This ensures easier shuttering and striking, and looks after
the plywood.

PERI MULTIFLEX

prefabricated slabs, guardrails

Supporting pre-fabricated slab panels

Partially pre-fabricated slabs can also be
supported with MULTIFLEX. Here, only
main beams with props and accessories
are required. Main beam spacings (for
supporting slab panels) are normally
specied. Dimensioning is done with
PERI Tables.

PERI guardrail holder for the guardrail

Attach to the formwork structure, install
guardrail boards thats it!

With an adjustment range of 42 cm,

the handrail holder is clamped to
the slab formwork and elements
already concreted.

18

Early striking with temporary props

In order to allow early striking, temporary props must be positioned rst. This
means that formwork materials can be
dismantled earlier and and are then
available for the next use.

Struck slab with

temporary prop.

Striking procedure:
Firstly, the temporary props must be
positioned in the centre of the area
(use more if necessary) according to
static requirements. The actual striking
then corresponds to the standard procedure. This means only a few props
and formwork panels are required additionally.

Beams UZ

The PERI UZ beam system is the

solution for large beam cross-sections.
With the UZ 40 beam bracket and UZ
perforated rail, beam heights of up to
80 cm are possible without any ties.
For larger heights, one additional tie is
necessary at the top. The UZ perforated
rail connects both beam brackets very
tightly.
For extra-wide beams, the UZ perforated rails can be coupled together.
Maximum beam width with a 10 cm
formwork assembly.
1 x UZ Perforated Rail 80 = 45 cm
2 x UZ Perforated Rails 80 = 135 cm
1 x UZ Perforated Rail 129 = 95 cm

The above mentioned values refer to

the load-bearing capacity of the UZ
Beam Bracket 40, the vertically-positioned 8 x 8 cm timbers and secondary
girders as represented in the drawings.

The support construction must undergo
