Objective

As I enter my third year at LSU in pursuit of an Accounting degree, I feel it is undoubtedly


necessary to incorporate myself in a business environment that pertains to my major. I am a
dedicated student working a part-time job with aspirations to gain and retain any and every form
of experience necessary in order to obtain success. I am a team player equipped with
communication and leadership skills who is constantly eager to face new life challenges and
positively impact people around me along the way.

Education
BATON ROUGE COMMUNITY COLLEGE (2011-2012)

Studied at BRCC my first year in college

Chose General Business as my major

Finished 30 hours of General Education Requirements

Ended my career at BRCC with a cumulative GPA of 3.4 while maintaining a GPA of 3.0 or better

LOUISIANA STATE UNIVERSITY (2012-PRESENT)

Currently entering my third year at LSU

Switched my major, narrowing my focus towards pursuing a degree in Accounting

Current cumulative GPA is 3.19 and to this point I have maintained a GPA of 3.0 or better

Skills & Abilities

I have key communication skills that are applicable towards co-workers, customers, and future
customers

Being the leader of a server team at one of the most successful restaurants in Baton Rouge I
acquired the following leadership traits:

SERVER | RUFFINOS ITALIAN RESTAURANT | 2011-2014

Began working at Ruffinos of Baton Rouge in December of 2011 and it is still my current job today.

I worked up the ladder from Server Assistant to Bar Back to Food-Runner to Server gaining the
following knowledge along the way:

The importance of teamwork in order to achieve set goals

Significance of communication in reference to customers

Utilizing various methods of sales

How consolidating your steps improves overall performance
