STATEMENT OF PURPOSE

I have completed my Secondary School Certificate from St. Xavier’s High School affiliated to Board of
secondary Education Andhra Pradesh with 8.2GPA in May 2014, followed by Intermediate from Sri
Chaitanya Junior College affiliated to Board of Intermediate Education in April 2016 acquiring 73% .
Then, in 2016, I began studying for my bachelor's degree in hospitality and Hotel
Administration. I passed the National Council for Hotel Management Joint Entrance
Examination with an All India Rank of 2818 and was accepted into IHM Hyderabad, which is
regarded among one of the top 5 hotel management institutes in India. The three years I
spent studying hotel management have not only given me more drive and motivation to
pursue my goals, but they have also improved me as a person. I gained a solid foundation of
knowledge in the hospitality industry, retail management, and business development thanks
to this course of study. Thus, I'm eager to learn about various styles and techniques to
broaden my perspective on the world while also enhancing my professional skills as a young
person. Collaboration with students and teachers from different backgrounds will expose
me to a variety of ideas and styles, which will be very beneficial for my future career.
In my free time, I volunteered and participated in several college events and social activities.
Besides, I was part of a foundation called aasya foundation, which is an NGO based in
Hyderabad, in particular, allowed me to develop my leadership qualities, respond to the
problems faced by common people in society, and interpersonal skills. I have also initiated
new event known as aanandadaan, where we used to prepare food by ourselves and serve
the needy, which now completed more than 100 events.

After receiving my degree, I started working for McDonald's as a management trainee. After
three months, I was moved to shift manager. I did well during my shifts, and the next three
months saw me promoted to the restaurant department manager. I was in charge of the
department that dealt with customer service. I coached and developed store colleagues
through formal and informal interactions, contributing to the ongoing growth of efficient
store associates to achieve desired sales and results. I maintained quality control guidelines
and practices to boost client satisfaction.

I was given the opportunity to join Lakme Lever Pvt Ltd in December 2020 as the store
manager of a company-owned, company-operated branch. I delivered excellent customer
service and adhered to industry standards in order to boost sales and reduce shrinkage,
created staffing schedules, handled daily paperwork, balanced register drawers, made
deposits, managed inventory tracking, and managed physical inventory counts to reduce
loss, resolved customer issues with courtesy and expertise, resulting in repeat business,
kept tabs on employee performance and identified areas that needed improvement.
I started working for Amazon as an HR assistant in January 2022 because that was another
area of interest to mine. I was hired on a contract basis with a six-month duration. I was
interested in learning how renowned businesses, like Amazon, had established their human
resources policies. At Amazon, every day is a fresh start. As part of our duties, we must
assist US workers by managing the attendance of those who contracted COVID during the
pandemic. I've gained a lot of knowledge, including how to interact with people, prioritize
my work, and manage my time. The most crucial thing is to please our customers and
demonstrate compassion for those in need.

I joined Reliance Retail as a Senior Executive in the seller onboarding department after my
contract with Amazon expired, and I'm currently taking part in the recently launched jio
market test program. I'll be assisting suppliers and checking the documentation they've
submitted to confirm their onboarding to guarantee a smooth onboarding procedure. I'll be
reviewing the procedures, policies, and practises of vendors on a quarterly basis.

Apart from that, I have also completed my internship at Park Hyatt Hyderabad which is one
of the premium hotels in the region with a 5star deluxe rating. I have significantly increased
my knowledge of restaurant operations, and front office operations. As a student, I have
worked on several kitchen Competitions and set up food stalls related to sales which have
broadened my understanding tremendously by solving the solutions that we have raised
during the handling of food stalls and making us one of the most profitable stalls in the
event.
And Pursuing Master's in international business will train ones capable of solving complex
problems related to the current situation and the future of cities and territories. I want to
sharpen my creative skills and develop problem-solving skills. So, I am highly motivated to
enter your Master's degree in international business program by studying diligently.
Now that I have a firm understanding of the course that is offered in Australia, I feel that I
am prepared to begin the next step of my professional development, which is the pursuit of
a master's degree in the field of Business and operations. The diverse and international
student body, combined with modern facilities and esteemed professors, can provide me
with a cutting-edge education that will prepare me for any challenges I may face in the
future.
All these years, I have managed to resolve all the challenges that I have come across in my
personal and professional life with grace and ease. It makes me confident that, the
international exposure and world-class curriculum offered by your esteemed university will
help me organize my personal and professional abilities, thus making me a potential
candidate in any academic or professional arena. Since I am shifting my area of engagement,
I must gain my knowledge here. This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity and I want to make
the maximum out of it. Also, in this situation where companies and organizations struggle to
survive the pandemic effects, business strategies are changing every day, and staying
updated with the new trends and techniques to favor the growth of any organization that
you would become a part of is mandatory. So, the course and curriculum offered here are
crucial in my identification and development as a business and operations manager.

After graduation, I will enhance my career by working and doing research which will help to
integrate me into a very good design environment and allow me to learn a more in-depth
understanding of local customs, habits, design characteristics, and architectural styles. This
will prepare me for a lifetime of success in this field.
