Currently working on the front lines of Inventory Control, my duties include receiving
new materials into a remanufacturing facility and maintaining storage in multiple areas
both on and off site; depending upon knowledge of usage patterns and inventory levels
to know what to keep readily available and what to move to long-term storage. After
more than fifteen years in various manufacturing settings the last three years in
Inventory Control inspired pursuit of a career in Supply Chain Management. To that end I
am currently enrolled as a freshman at Grand Rapids Community College majoring in
Business. While I have not achieved a degree as yet, my educational pursuit is paired
with practical experience and strong organizational skills that were finely honed through
the work in Inventory Control. I believe that the enclosed resume will illustrate that my
knowledge and experience would be an asset to your organization now and that I will
become an even bigger asset as my education continues.
