Other Experience

I recently completed the customer service certificate program at Santa Rosa Junior College. Some of
the classes in the program are Time Management, Business Etiquette, Customer Service Skills for
Business, Communicating with People, Team Building for Office Workers, Decision Making and
Problem Solving and more. I work very hard at my school subjects and have maintained a 3.0 or
higher GPA. It is important to me that assignments are done perfectly and turned in on time. My
teachers have said that I am one of their best students and that I am a perfectionist and an
overachiever.

My coworkers and management have said that I am an extremely hard worker and I will go above
and beyond to satisfy customers. At my most previous job I was the best server with the highest sales
so my boss rewarded me by taking me to Vegas for a VIP Maroon 5 concert. Also, at all of my jobs I
had a lot of regulars. Every Friday and Sunday a group of 20-50 people would come into Mavericks
but only if I was working.

Event coordinator including organizing a Spare Change Challenge to raise money for Police and
Fire Fighters families that lost family members on September 11th 2001. I raised over $1,500 dollars
and presented a check to Fire Chief Ron Colier and I was named an Honorary Fire Fighter. I also
organized a benefit car show for my Senior Project in High School called, CARS 4 A CURE and
raised nearly $4,000 for the Childrens Diabetes Foundation of the North Bay.
