Project Lead the Way, Design and Modeling

students learned how to take an Isometric 3D


figure, and break it down into its Orthographic
representations. They use visualization, spatial
reasoning, and geometry to sketch these various
shapes. After doing so, they used their math skills
to accurately dimension and annotate each figure.
These sketches are often used to communicate
precise information about a design, including
height, width, and depth.
