Hacker and Sommers- Revising

In this piece I learned that how to revise and edit writing the correct way. I learned that it is
important for a peer reviewer to express the positive strategies the writer did well. Its important
to re read your work before you turn it in. Another interesting part about this piece is that its
very important to make sure your writing stays on track with the thesis. For a peer reviewer its
critical for them to stay open minded and not be one sided. Reviewing an individual's work takes
time and strategy. The part in this piece that I found the most interesting was towards the end
when the author said, If the writer doesnt care about this piece of writing, the reader might
wonder, why should I? This quote made me really inhale the importance of proofreading,
beyond of what I already knew about it.
