I am very interested in the entry-level engineering position that is available at the Seattle
branch of Boeing. I will be graduating from Washington State University in December 2016
and am seeking post graduation employment in the Seattle area. The courses I have taken
in material science, mechanical engineering, civil engineering, and electrical engineering
have given me a base on which to build my career upon.
All of my past positions have taught me an impeccable work ethic. While painting houses I
have learned to work with a team, manage customers, and finish tasks in a timely manner.
While working at a marina I got a chance to manage my time efficiently, communicate with
customers, and work on own. This experience will allow me to communicate with a team and
accomplish tasks effectively. During my time in college I held multiple positions in my
fraternity including Vice President and Risk Manager. During my time as Vice President I was
responsible for the internal operation of our chapter. This meant providing disciplinary action
to members and officers that failed to accomplish their duties. This has given me a lot of
leadership experience as well as a chance to learn some employee management.
