    Section3.StatutoryLanguage
    A)AbilltoamendthePublicHealthServiceActtohelpbuildastrongerhealthcareworkforce.
    Nopatientshallbedeniedtherighttocontainfullaccesstonewandimprovedcommunityhealth
    centerswhichwillcontinuetoserveanincreasingamountofpatients.Thereshallbeamore
    varietyofchoicesofhealthinsuranceplans,aswellasnonprofitplans.Finallythisplanwill
    ensurethatallpatientswillhaveproperhelp,safety,andprotectionunderthelaw.
    B)Thislawshallbeenforcedbystateandgovernmentdepartmentsofhealthcareaswellasthe
    PresidentoftheUnitedStateofAmerica.Thesechangesshallalsobeacceptedbythehealth
    caresystemsalwaysbythelaw.
    C)Thouwhomfailtoagreeorfollowthrough,shallbepunishedaccordingtohavebrokenlaws
    andbegivenafairanddeservingtrial.Thouwhoshallnotpassthetrialmustbepunished.For
    furtherclosure,punishmentsmayvarysuchasexamplesoffines,jail,andlifeimprisonment
    judgingonhowseverethecrimefits.ThisbillshallbeenactedbyJanuary,2016th,withnovalid
    expirationdate.
