condition.
Couch Roll, verify vacuum line location, support CL to CL, existing
cantilever and check inside mechanism if necessary, and roll
vacuum holes for cleaning if needed.
Verify forward drive roll dimension and condition.
Wire Rolls, Auto Guide Rolls and Stretcher Rolls, verify support CL to
CL for fastening and support, face width, diameter and its physical
condition for further repair and maintenance.
Breast roll, gather detail data and dimension of the lifting arm and
roll profile for the fabrication of lifting mechanism.
Showers, verify existing shower dimension and condition.
Verify existing Deculator condition and dimension.

Press Section
o Suction Press Rolls and Felt Rolls, Evaluate existing roll profile,
condition and dimensions including.
o Uhle Boxes, check condition and dimension.
o Showers, check nozzles condition and replace it if necessary, and
check dimension.
o Check the existing main frame of Ex-Follum7s dimensions and its
condition if it is usable for further modification and extension and
other related supports.
o Check Existing vacuum piping if it is still usable.
o Gather data on Suction Pick-up roll support for lifting mechanism
modification.
o And, Press Cantilevers dimension and condition.
Dryer Section
o Verify Canvass rolls, guide roll, stretcher and carrier rope system
existing condition and dimension.
o Evaluate existing hood, ducting and blower condition and
dimension.
o And, check other related dryer equipment for fastening and support
purposes.
Drive System
o Evaluate sectional drive system for each motor and gearbox
condition, specification and dimension.
