CLASSIFICATION AND FIELD OF APPLICATION

4.1 REFERENCE OF CLASSIFICATION


Classification of partition has been carried out in accordance with classes defined in clause 7.5.2
of EN 13501-2 + A1: 2009.
Classification of external wall has been carried out in accordance with classes defined in 7.5.3
of EN 13501-2 + A1: 2009.
4.2 CLASSIFICATION
4.2.1 CLASSIFICATION OF PARTITION
The element, Wall made of sandwich panels "TOP FIRE WALL 150", 150 mm thick, with mineral wool
core, is classified according to the following combinations of performance parameters and classes
as appropriate.

Condition:

E 120* / EI 240 / EW 120*

E 120** / EI 180 / EW 120**

EN 13501-2, paragraph 7.5.2.4 does not define class E 240 and EW 240 but the product meets criteria of integrity and
radiation during 240 minutes
EN 13501-2, paragraph 7.5.2.4 does not define class E 180 and EW 180 but the product meets criteria of integrity and
radiation during 240 minutes

Condition A means: Classification is valid for product without change in orientation of panels and there
is allowed to increase the span length up to 12 000 mm provided that panel joints
are stitched the same way as specified in clause 2.2.2 of this report (in accordance
with EN 15254-5).
Condition B means: Classification is valid for product with vertically or horizontally oriented panels
and there is allowed to increase the span length up to 4 000 mm provided that
expansion allowances are increased pro-rata and panel joints are stitched the same
way as specified in clause 2.2.2 of this report (in accordance with EN 14509
and EN 1364-1).
4.2.2 CLASSIFICATION OF EXTERNAL WALL
The element, Wall made of sandwich panels "TOP FIRE WALL 150", 150 mm thick, with mineral wool
core, is classified according to the following combinations of performance parameters and classes
as appropriate.

EN 13501-2, paragraph 7.5.3.4 does not define class E 180 (oi), EI 180 (oi) and EW 180 (oi) but the product
meets criteria of integrity and insulation during 180 minutes

Condition A means: Classification is valid for product without change in orientation of panels and there
is allowed to increase the span length up to 12 000 mm provided that panel joints
are stitched the same way as specified in clause 2.2.2 of this report (in accordance
with EN 15254-5).
Condition B means: Classification is valid for product with vertically or horizontally oriented panels
and there is allowed to increase the span length up to 4 000 mm provided that
expansion allowances are increased pro-rata and panel joints are stitched the same
way as specified in clause 2.2.2 of this report (in accordance with EN 14509
and EN 1364-1).
4.3 FIELD OF APPLICATION
According to clause 5.2 of the report [1].

LIMITATIONS

This classification document does not represent type approval or certification of the product.
The classification is valid provided that the product, field of application and standards and regulations
are not changed.
